Current Job Opportunity Full Time Parts/Service Associate

WHO ARE WE 

A family-owned business and looking for an individual who will provide excellent customer service, attention to detail, computer software knowledge and can multi task in a fast pace environment. If you are handy and worked with small engines, or farm equipment industry this position is for you. 

This is a full-time position, M-F 8 am – 5:30 pm and Saturdays, 8am-12pm Pay is per hour and based on previous experience and knowledge, plus benefits.


 ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

 • Provide customers with parts, price quotes and help with technical information 

• Write up service orders and provide responses to customers wants and needs

 • Work daily on ordering parts, receiving parts in, stocking bins and allocating quantities to customer’s special orders

 • Able to look up parts for multi lines of equipment

 • Be able to talk to customers about our products, service and current offerings 

• Maintain a clean and organized parts counter, parts bins and showroom display.


 MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

• Retail Experience preferably parts counter experience

 • Strong computer skills to navigate between different equipment lines

 • Excellent verbal and organization skills

 • Attention to detail

 • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision 

• Mechanical knowledge helpful

 • Strong customer service skills

 • Lift up to 50 pounds
